Before
we found Pole Fitness, none of the Polenastics® instructors could find
an activity that toned, trimmed, sculptured and made us loose weight
or want to loose weight or had ever kept us motivated to keep
attending.
Each one of us all went
along to their first pole fitness and dance class out of curiosity, or
boredom, to prove a point, to be edgy, as part of a hen party or to
support a friend; and now all of the Polenastics® team are fully
fledged pole addicts and in much better shape all over.
Our
students too are normal women, and some men, who can hang upside down
from our thighs, can swing into a handstand on a gravity
defying vertical bar. They can make shapes with themselves that
gymnastic athletes make, but they then go home, feed the kids, watch Got
To Dance with the hubster and have a glass of wine, same as us
instructors.
Whats changed? We have. A LOT! And you can too.
We
have been teaching pole fitness and dance classes since 2003, have
taught over 6,000 students in our first 8 years, we were the first
school in Buckinghamshire and since opening our own studio in 2011 have
welcomed over 1,700 students throught the door. With an International
judge at the helm who was presented with an International Ambassador
Award at the World Pole Sports & Fitness Championships 2014, we know
what it's all about: Getting fit and having fun!
