Pritchards is a family run business and combined we have over 45 Years within the textile aftercare industry, Graham Petty, one of the partners had originally trained as a tailor for Burberry’s and moved into dry-cleaning some 30 years ago, He has extensive experience both in hands on dry-cleaning and senior management in two of the large chains of dry cleaners. 

Graham & Dawn the owners had decided to open their store in Wellington Telford Shropshire because the areas were lacking a specialist within the dry-cleaning and laundry business, They believe they offer a more personal and attentive service to their clients which seems to be along with their great dedication to the job and wealth of experience, the reason why Pritchards have been such a great success since they opened there doors in July of 2000. 

Pritchards does not just run a basic dry-cleaning & laundry service, they also cater for the more expensive wardrobe including bridal and evening wear: They offer suede & leather cleaning, Curtain Cleaning, a full tailor & repair alteration service. 

Their wide range of services does not end with dry-cleaning and clothing treatments, they also specialise in other areas such as serving the local hotel trade and they carry out fire & flood restoration services for insurance companies.
