I have trained and worked in the field of mental health since 2006. After graduating with a degree in psychology, I volunteered at a local mental health charity as a social support and drop-in worker for many years, supporting people with a wide range of mental health issues. As well as my private practice in Enfield, I work as a counsellor at an alcohol and drugs advisory service supporting clients dealing with substance misuse, and at local cancer support centre working with clients and their families/carers who have been impacted by the effects of cancer.
