Recovery and Beyond Physiotherapy services was established in 2006 by the principal Physiotherapist Mr Osian Merfyn . The aim was to provide an expert Physiotherapy service encompassing all aspects of muskeloskeletal physiotherapy and Sports Physiotherapy .

We offer a complete range of services , from Physiotherapy treatment , to complete and structured prehabilitation , sports screening and rehabilitation , physiotherapist led classes and sports massage service this ensures we are able to take you confidently through your recovery and beyond .Our ethos is simple to enable every client to move better , and to function better doing whatever it is they need to do , whether that be sitting at a desk for long hours , walking the dog , playing a bit of 5 a side running a marathon or participating in sport at an elite level .All of our Physiotherapists are chartered and state registered and must have a minimum of 5 years post – graduate experience before working with us , although most have been qualified for more than 10 years and between them have treated pretty much everything . This means we also know when appropriate to refer on and who best to refer you on too , we wont keep treating you without getting results and if required we will liaise with your GP to get you further help or tests if indicated .Our clinic is conveniently situated with easy access from within Cardiff , Caerphilly and Newport and is within walking distance from the Heath hospital . We have ample free parking available directly in front of the clinic .
