The firm was established in 1965 by two young visionary men, Abdul M. Siddiqui and James G. Reddy. After James migrated to Canada in 1967, Abdul continued the firm along the founding principles that it was set up on: a professional client service, a responsive and proactive approach and a friendly working environment.

Today, we are a seven partner firm continuing on this long standing philosophy. Our firm has grown through our reputation, recommendations and acquisition of other accountancy firms.We are associated with Kabani and Company, Inc., an independent accounting and auditing firm based in Los Angeles, USA.

The firm specialises in the audits of publicly traded companies that are required to file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Through them, we now have a strong network of offices in USA, China and Pakistan, allowing us to serve clients located across the globe.

We are also associated with Malek Siddiqui and Wali, one of the leading firms of Chartered Accountants in Bangladesh. They have permission to act as a Credit Rating Agency in Bangladesh. The firm was established in 1965 by Abdul M. Siddiqui and M. A. Malek and is now managed by four local partners.
