Redhill Lawn Tennis Club was established in 1879 and was one of the first clubs to be formed in the country. Today the club has developed into a thriving tennis centre with a very active and friendly membership. Currently membership totals over 200 adult and 250 junior members, and we are now an LTA accredited mini tennis centre. We have excellent playing facilities with 6 hard courts (4 floodlit), 2 astroturf (1 floodlit) and 2 mini tennis courts.
The club has its own retained Level 4 CCA licenced LTA coach Tim Wilkinson. Tim and his qualified assistants run courses and fun events for adults/juniors and squad sessions for junior team players. The coaching team also run tennis camps for juniors (including non members) during school holidays as well as hosting various LTA junior tournaments throughout the year.
Club sessions, match practice, ladies mornings and improver/beginner evenings are run on a weekly basis, and tournaments feature frequently in the club calendar. Our adult teams play in the Dorking & Leatherhead, Surrey and Weald leagues, offering a range of standards to suit all players.
