The Reform restaurant features contemporary European cuisine served in a relaxed setting. Dishes all include fresh, seasonal ingredients, with local produce used wherever possible. We are delighted to announce that Reform has been named ‘Best Restaurant’ for 2011/12 in the Taste of Excellence Awards published by Lincolnshire Life. Taste of Excellence aims to promote the county’s exceptional food and drink industry and it’s awards reward those who have reached the highest culinary standards.
Multi-award winning Head Chef, Mark Cheseldine and his experienced team are committed to providing the very highest standard of service and innovative cuisine. Mark has created an a la carte menu, a Set Lunch menu and a Sunday lunch menu, which are served in Reform. A bar menu created by Mark is also available and is served in the lounge bar.
