Salvis Manchester is an independent, family-run delicatessen and eatery. We are purveyors of only the finest Italian fare, bringing a little bit of sunny Italy to the city of Manchester. We established Salvis Mozzarella Bar in 2011 and we are situated in the Corn Exchange, in Exchange Square in Manchester city centre.  

We are extremely passionate about our food and source all of our products from Italy, to ensure the highest quality possible. At Salvis Mozzarella Bar we love what we do and strive to create an excellent atmosphere with a warm feeling.
