My name is Sara Cradock and I live with my husband Neil, daughter Sophie (born Sept 2007) and son Daniel (born Jan 2012).

My professional background is in banking and recruitment but when I was made redundant whilst on maternity leave, in 2008, I decided to become a childminder so that I could spend more time with my children. Neil works as an Investment Manager in Bournemouth and will be happy to meet with you if you wish as he will be my back-up carer incase of emergency. Both Neil and I have full CRB checks.

I have completed many courses including an initial Home-Based Carers course, Paediatric first aid, Food hygiene and in November 2010 I completed a Level 3 NVQ in Childcare. I am on the Advanced level of the Dorset Quality Improvement Scheme which means I am committed to attending a certain number of courses and workshops per year.

In April 2013 I was awarded OUTSTANDING by Ofsted and in the same month was given a 5 star hygiene rating by environmental health.
