Diane Cogan established Scallywags over thirty years ago, and has remained the owner since then, spending most of her time running the grooming parlour along with the help of her dog grooming team.
The pet shop staff are Janet, Karen, Kristy, Emily and Alex, working as a team, with additional help at weekends from a group of young people, all of whom are enthusiastic and animal mad.
