Initial cost advice for a proposed construction project, budget estimates and advice on the various methods of obtaining tenders. Preparation of tender documents including bills of quantities, specifications and schedules of work. Negotiating with contractors to reach an acceptable contract sum. Agreeing regular interim valuations for work completed, measurement and agreement of variations during the construction period and settling the contractors final account. For small projects and maintenance works we undertake the services of contract administration and supervision of the work. Fees for the above services are by agreement, we will be pleased to discuss the level of service needed and advise on the likely cost without obligation.
