Steven & Victoria Kiernan have created a unique new catering business called ‘Willows of Somerset’.
Steven is a highly respected Irish Chef who trained and qualified in some of London’s best known celebrity hotels and restaurants. Until quite recently he was Senior Sous Chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen in the City of London and previously worked as Senior Sous Chef at Jamie Oliver’s restaurant, Fifteen, in Shoreditch.
He has previously held Head Chef positions at The Soho Hotel, The Sanderson Hotel, Babylon- Richard Branson’s Roof Gardens restaurant in Kensington and received training at the prestigious Simpsons in the Strand, part of The Savoy Hotel.Steven and Victoria recently took the life-changing decision to quit London and escape to the country with their young family and have now settled in a quiet village on the Somerset/Dorset border. Willows Deli is named after their first daughter, Willow. And Silvers Pantry (opening November 2013) is named after their second daughter, Silver.
