Here’s a brief introduction to the South West Plumbing team to help you put a face to the name.
Pete - Engineer
Pete started with us as an apprentice and is one of our longest serving members of staff. Pete carries out installations, servicing and breakdowns and is a highly regarded member of our team (our customers think he’s great too!)

Mike - Senior Engineer
Mike is our senior service and breakdown engineer. His many years of experience means you can feel confident he will solve your breakdown sooner rather than later.

Favourite food – He’ll eat anything!
Jerry - Engineer
Jerry joined the team several years ago as an installation engineer and has received many customer compliments about the standard of both his heating and bathroom installations. He has now turned his hand primarily to servicing and breakdowns.
Favourite hobby – Kite Flying
Favourite food – Chocolate
Karsten - Engineer
Karsten joined the team in 2012 and carries out installations, servicing and breakdowns. Many customers have taken the time to inform the office of how pleased they have been with his work.

John - Engineer
John joined the team in 2013 and carries out installations, servicing and breakdowns. John hit the ground running and has already proved to be an excellent installation engineer and a real team player

Simon - Engineer
Simon joined the team in August 2013 as an installation, service and breakdown engineer. He is always bright, cheerful and enthusiastic and has carried out some first class installations

Sue - Office Supervisor
What would we do without her? Sue is always cheerful and deals with everything that comes her way with a “can do” attitude. Since she joined the team in 2009 we have implemented many changes in the office that have really improved our systems.

Favourite food – Eton Mess
Martine - Administration Assistant
Martine is a real asset; bright and chirpy, and always willing to step in to lend a hand. Sue’s right hand woman!
Favourite hobby – Reading
Favourite food – Italian
Stefan - Manager
Stefan recently joined us and is very enthusiastic and focused on helping us to us grow the business. Stefan is a qualified engineer, electrician and trainer. He is already proving to be invaluable.

Tracey Taylor - Director
Tracey is very enthusiastic and driven. She likes to achieve goals and enjoys a fast moving environment.

Roger Mawson - Managing Director
Roger is simply a perfectionist. He works relentlessly to get things right and wants South West Plumbing to be the best. He is a calm and resourceful problem solver.
