Founded in 1938, Sponge Kitchens Ltd. is a well established family-run business. Currently, consisting of three retail outlets and two craft bakeries, Sponge Kitchens shops are situated within the London Boroughs of Bromley and Lewisham.

Within all three shops we provide an efficient take-away service, as well as café style seating for your pleasure and convenience. At two of our shops there are additional outdoor seating areas for you to enjoy.

A wide variety of traditional and specialist breads are produced daily within our bread bakery in Hayes, Kent, whilst a huge selection of savoury items, cakes, and other confectionary items are hand-made and finished at our craft bakery in Park Langley, Beckenham. In addition, our in-house cake decorator specialises in producing cakes to order for any celebration or corporate event.

As well as all the ‘old’ favourites that you might expect to find within any ‘good’ bakery, Sponge Kitchens is also committed to providing our customers with an innovative range of new and seasonal products.

Sponge Kitchens also supplies a wide variety of buffet platters for both corporate and private functions, so let us help you to make your event a success.
