Multi award winning bridal boutique The Bridal Collection, Harrogate.With a history of fashion design behind her Hayley Dennison did her research and found that there was an obvious gap in the market for a fashion forward thinking retailer with excellent standards of customer service.With regard to location she took into consideration her type of bride, ease of accessibility, parking and proximity to other high-end retailers who would compliment her in terms of product and service.She was very lucky. It took two years but she found an empty Victorian premises on Montpellier Parade. A fabulous location, just around the corner from Betty’s Tea Rooms.The Bridal Collection in Harrogate then opened its doors with a view to making a difference in the bridal industry.‘Choosing a wedding dress can be a stressful and emotional experience. The most important thing for us was to create a calming environment where brides can relax and enjoy the experience.
