A core principle of Osteopathy is that the body is an integrated and indivisible whole, and as such no part of the body can be considered in isolation. At the Guildhall Practice, Birmingham City Centre, our Osteopaths aim to reduce muscle tension and improve mobility in order to enhance the body’s own self-healing mechanisms. Frequently Osteopathic treatment will treat to improve the symmetry of the overall structure rather than focusing on a single painful area.
