We are a friendly and inclusive Boxing Club and Gymnasium and offer a great space for your training.?If you are bored with the faceless corporate gyms that offer nothing, but are happy to take your money, then this will be a very pleasant change for you. The Stables is a members gym, which means that you as a member become part of our community, ensuring that there is always space to work out, even at peak times.
Incorporating 6000 square feet of the latest cardio, resistance and free weight area with the best boxing training that Brighton has to offer. We aim to make your training a fun and rewarding experience.We are the largest boxing gym in Brighton with an Olympic size boxing ring. Many of our members enjoy the classes and gym facilities without ever stepping into the ring.

The Stables Boxing Gym offers excellent training, great facilities where you can GET FIT or train as a Professional, Amateur or White Collar Boxer.Some of the equipment includes 2 boxing rings, matted floor area, a wall of heavy bags, speed bags, Techno Gym cardio equipment, free weights, Kettlebells, step machines, treadmills and spin bikes. There are Mens and Womens changing rooms with shower facilities. We have a shop where you can buy drinks, protein shakes, supplements and Boxing equipment. As we are located in the main grandstand of Brighton Racecourse.We have unlimited FREE PARKING!!
