Frenchman Eric and his team have transformed the Terrace, with red and white check table cloths, candles and subdued lighting in the evenings, providing a lovely relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are dining with friends.

Eric Poli's extensive catering extends from his apprenticeship in the rural kitchens of provincial France to a chef in Michelin Star restaurants, brasseries and bistros throughout England. This diversity has provided this rising talent of the catering industry with the knowledge to excel in the preparation of English and continental cuisine, and certainly the ability to create delicious dishes and exciting menus to suit everyone's needs, palate and pocket.

He has dedicated himself to producing a high standard of unforgettable food for every occasion. This talented chef has specialised in barbecued food and has a particular interest in the preparation of seafood and shellfish. He, however, prides himself on his appetising pastries and tempting desserts.
