Open since 2004 and the first dedicated Yoga Centre in Yorkshire, The Yoga Space has earned a reputation as a warm, welcoming and dedicated home for Yoga in Leeds. We have excellent and experienced teachers from the UK and Europe a well as frequent visits from world renowned teachers from all over the world. We really believe that Yoga is for everyone and offer a varied timetable of classes and workshops to suit many ages and abilities. Come visit us and you will find a friendly welcome with students from all over Leeds and Yorkshire.
Set
in an old Baptist Church the Space is a beautiful open and warm
environment. We provide any equipment you need and you can drop in to
all of our classes at any time. Your first class is only £5 and then you
can drop in to an evening class after that for only £8 or buy a block
of classes. ( cheaper than anywhere else!). We have an open class for
Beginners so you can start any week and also offer regular workshops. We
run Teacher Training Courses in Yoga with Union Yoga on a yearly basis www.unionyogatraining.co.uk If you have any questions about Yoga or starting out please email us

We
teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy and Hatha Yoga and our teachers
have many years of both practicing and teaching, essential for a good
teacher!!We also offer Baby Yoga, Yoga Kids, Yoga for toddlers and
Postnatal Yoga, Kundalini, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing as well as Massage
treatments on site in our dedicated massage room. We have weekly
workshops, regular Yoga holidays. We have a weekly Meditation group with
Leeds Dharma mind and from September 2013 we will be offering regular
Kirtan, Restorative Yoga and Teacher Training with Union Yog0.00 miles away
