Tor Laundry and Dry Cleaning

is a "one stop shop" for self service launderette, service washes, ironing, pressing, specialist dry cleaning - and much more!

The present owners, Ian and Katrin, took the business over in 1997. Since then great strides have been made in turning a largely self service launderette into a skilled service centre that offers all types of textile cleaning - for both private customers and commercial businesses.

  

With 12 full and part time employees, the focus is on skills and quality improvements. We aim to offer the best service possible - so continual staff training is essential and worthwhile. Stain removal, pressing techniques, technical know-how and many other areas are ongoing training subjects that staff are taught.

Hand finished laundry is a speciality of ours everything from shirts and woollens to table linen, bedding, curtains and upholstery. The Dry Cleaning department handles all materials that cannot be laundered, providing a complete service from one source.
