Treasury Accounting Limited is a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Hampshire.Our main office is based at The Old Treasury in Kings Road, Portsmouth and our business has been based in this building since 1991 firstly as Edward Leask Chartered Accountants and then Morley and Scott Accounting and in late 2009 the Practice demerged from Morley and Scott Accounting into Treasury Accounting Limited.Over the last 3 years the practice has shown steady growth, which culminated in the opening of a second branch in the heart of the New Forest at Emery Down. This has allowed the practice to take its business culture to the Southampton business community and surrounding area’s.Our primary focus is to build on our reputation for providing excellent service and first class advice to our clients whether they are local businesses or overseas corporations. Andrew Sainsbury

Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and has practised in Portsmouth since 1978 advising local and international businesses. His personal interest over the past 20 years has been in outsourcing and has worked with many international companies in both UK and Europe.Andrew regularly sits as a non executive director on a number of overseas Companies.

Paul De Reding

Paul is an affiliate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and has been advising both personal and businesses in the local area since 1990.Paul’s expertise is with the development of owner managed SME’s and has been responsible for managing a wide variety of clients. Paul is our accredited Sage advisor and currently heads up both our accounts and tax compliance department.Paul is a keen supporter of charitable organisations and has sat on the board of trustees for various charities together with the role of treasurer in many cases.
