Turner and Holman Chartered Quantity Surveyors was founded by Ray Turner and Dennis Holman in 1951, the Practice is now run by Principal David Fotheringham assisted by Associate Harold Morris and the remainder of the office team.
The practice operates from its office base in York, but provides services for projects throughout Yorkshire and beyond.

Recent News Turner and Holman are providing Quantity Surveying and Project Management Services for the construction of a new Learning Centre for the RHS at Harlow Carr Garden, Harrogate. Construction has recently commenced on site. The project is being developed as a sustainable building. For further information see our links page.
