Will all clients please note that services are only provided in accordance with these terms and conditions; signature of the booking form will confirm their acceptance by the client. Any significant behavioral issues with your dog must be disclosed before booking. These include aggressiveness to other dogs/people, and excessive noise. WalkSitStay reserve the right to decline/cancel a booking without refund if non-disclosed behavioral issues arise. Liability ~ while WalkSitStay is insured for public liability, dogs should be insured by their clients.  WalkSitStay will care for your dog as you would, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure your dog is well looked after in your absence, WalkSitStay cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a dog either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care. Kit ~ Suitable equipment should be supplied by you to allow your dog to be appropriately looked after.  All dogs should have a secure collar and tag, and for home stays all necessary food must be supplied by the client, plus any of your dog’s specific needs, such as bedding and favorite toys, although I cannot take responsibility for the loss or damage of these items.  Settlement of your boarding fee is 50% non-refundable deposit on booking and full payment on or before the first day of boarding. Dog walking and Day Care fees are payable at the end of each week. Boarding will only be confirmed after you, the client, and your dog have visited my home to assess that our services meet the needs of your dog. In case of emergency ~ as well as your own contact details, we request that you provide details of a third party known to you where possible in case we cannot contact you directly. Treatments/medications. We require all dogs in our care to be of general good health, and to have up-to-date vaccinations and flea/worm treatments; I may ask to see certificates. We will need to be aware of, and provided with, any medication necessary for your dog.  Sickness ~ Whilst we will make every effort to contact you or your nominated third party in case of need, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon. The owner is responsible for payment of any veterinary fees and all bills incurred. All dogs must be appropriately house trained. A home~visit to meet you and your dog in either my home, or yours, is essential. An accompanied walk is advisable to understand your dog’s needs whilst out walking, either on or off the lead. You, the dog owner, accept full liability for any loss or damage caused by your dog whilst in the care of WalkSitStay.
