A wealth of previous motor trade experience has helped format processes and controls within each business centered on customers – Trust Group UK call this a ‘customer centric’ approach which places customers at the core of everything they do. The individual dealerships are managed through experienced Volkswagen and Skoda Approved Brand Managers who have successfully completed the Volkswagen Academy Brand Manager assessment and as such are accredited to represent the brand. All of the colleagues within Trust Group UK are affiliated to the Volkswagen and Skoda Academy in order that we strive and achieve the high standards set by the manufacturers and importantly expected by our customers.
