We would like to welcome you to our Yoga Studio in Central Windsor. Lovely purpose built premises, with studio space for a maximum of 18 students making it a very friendly and intimate setting for your yoga practice. We have underfloor heating, mirrored walls and plenty of nearby public parking. At the Yoga for Harmony studio we encompass several different styles of yoga, tai-chi and pilates, but we specialise in traditional Hatha Yoga. Our tutors are all fully qualified within their particular school or discipline. Our wide range of yoga classes cater for all abilities and experience and  most classes are ‘drop-in’.  We also offer regular yoga related events and workshops (see workshops and events). Opening times Please note that to minimise costs the studio is only open when classes are running.  Tutors aim to arrive about 10 minutes prior to class start times, so if you arrive early please don’t be alarmed if the door is locked!!!!! We are closed on Bank Holiday Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, over Easter weekend and usually for 2 weeks during the Christmas period. Parking: Please note that we do not have parking outside the studio – the area is privately owned by residents and neighbouring businesses. Please DO NOT PARK in this space under any circumstances.  Please AVOID DROPPING OFF AND PICKING UP from outside the building as the space is too tight for turning, reversing onto the main road is hazardous and we cause chaos to everyone if we do. WE CANNOT ALLOW CARS TO BE ‘WAITING’ OUTSIDE  for classes to finish. Parking is the responsibility of the students and you need to be mindful and considerate to the residents and businesses we have as neighbours. Please familiarise yourself with parking conditions before you attend your first class and leave plenty of time to park appropriately as being late will not be an excuse to park incorrectly.
