I began my own journey into Yoga nine years ago. It started
as a way for me to keep fit and manage my hectic lifestyle as I needed
to instil some calm into my busy life. I soon began to understand the
enormous benefits that Yoga can offer for people of all ages, abilities
and walks of life.
I have since embarked on various specialist training courses to
ensure I can pass on the secrets of Yoga to you! I initially trained to
become a yoga teacher in Halifax at the Mark Anthony Wellness Foundation
ā achieving a diploma in Yoga and Pilates. From there I trained with
the wonderful and world recognised Paul Dallaghan at Centered Yoga,
a specialist academy in Samahita Thailand. This means I can offer
expert teaching relevant to a wide range of personal circumstances. More
recently I qualified to teach Yoga for Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga
with Uma Dinsmore Tuli ā an inpirational teacher and friend! See my qualifications here
Iām now teaching full time, holding classes daily and coaching individuals on a 1 to 1 basis. For class information visit the classes tab,

(minimum of 10 sessions required) which will directly address your
personal needs.
