We offer a quality product to the usual high street supermarket fare including an array of breads, cakes and pastries. John Allen is the proprietor and master baker of Allen’s Bakery of Cardiff (seen here on the right). He has over 30 years experience in the bakery trade. John leads a small team of dedicated professional staff.John has been a guest on BBC RADIO Wales talking about a variety of baking trade topics such as the ‘Origins of the Hot Cross Bun‘.Glyn Williams is the head baker. Glyn also has over 30 years experience working in the bakery trade for such companies as Bruton and ASDA
