Thank you for expressing an interest in our Bakery, let me tell you a little about us!The Bakery was established 76 years ago making us the oldest craft Bakery in Bath and our small team of Bakers have over 100 years of Bakery experience between them. We bake every item of bread and cake in the original steam tube ovens our ancestors have used since Francis Baker set up the Bakery in Twerton on Avon. Our goal is to dedicate our full attention to every order we produce, guaranteeing a consistently high standard of product and a professional level of customer service.Our products are handcrafted from scratch everyday "the traditional way". We insist on the finest ingredients sourced locally where possible and do not use preservatives. You will not find our bread or cakes in supermarkets.We are comfortable whether supplying a wide range of tray bakes to caterers, delicious Bath buns to tea rooms, speciality bread and rolls for a function or supplying local retail outlets with quality handcrafted bread and cakes for resale. Our track record proves we always deliver to schedule with quality products tailored to the individual needs of our customers. We believe our quality is unsurpassed and the feedback has been fantastic.
