Callaghan demolition was founded in 1963 by managing director Michael Callaghan. During the initial twenty years the Company became a formidable adversary within the industry undertaking demolition & dismantling and asbestos removal contracts in London, The Home Counties, South East England and Scotland.

Incorporation in June 1983 and the expansion of the management structure to include sons Michael & Matthew Callaghan added new dimensions to a family Company that continued to grow year upon year.

Prestigious contracts continued adding more esteemed clients to an already impressive data bank .

Callaghan Demolition Limited has retained traditional methods but adapted its approach with the continued introduction of High-Tec equipment. Whilst techniques and technology may have changed, the family values of Callaghan have remained ever strong and this is demonstrated within the loyal workforce they have retained for many years.

We are a Quality Assured Company to ISO 9002, members of the NFDC and are fully insured for public & employers liability. We hold recently renewed licenses for the removal of Asbestos and transportation of controlled waste.
