Your Yoga Teacher
I came to yoga in my mid-twenties when I needed something to
counterbalance the rat race I was faced with at work. I initially tried
different yoga classes at the local gym, before signing up for an
Ashtanga course. I instantly fell in love with this style of yoga. After
10 years of practice, with all its ups and downs, I completed my CYQ
teacher training in London.
My dynamic classes emphasize moving with awareness, building strength
and breathing correctly. They are physically challenging while
focussing on correct alignment, but most importantly the classes are fun
and encourage students to enjoy their practice.
I strongly believes practicing yoga is an experience and a journey, rather than an achievement.
