Colchester RewindsWe are pleased to have been appointed as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and CDM Co-ordinator for the proposed refurbishment of the building envelope for Colchester Rewinds.  The Works will commence on site in late May 2012, and be complete in September 2012 (value £175,000).
Colchester Sixth Form CollegeWe are delighted to have been appointed as Quantity Surveyors for the proposed BCIF refurbishment project, which comprises the significant refurbishment of the refectory and other areas and upgrading of mechanical and electrical services.  The Works will commence on site in May 2012, and be complete in advance of the students return from Summer holidays (value £550,000).
