Hello, my name is Rachael. I am 29 years old and live in the Humbers, Donnington, Telford. My husband and I have 3 children aged 9, 6 and 3, all of whom are as crazy about animals as we are.My background is in healthcare.  After my A levels I went on to do my nursing diploma.  This was cut short by the arrival of our eldest daughter.  I decided that nursing was not going to fit into our family life but continued to work as a phlebotomist, which i enjoyed very much. My real passion, however, is animals and dogs in particular.  I went on to work in a veterinary practice in Telford, which was the best job in the world.  I am now a stay-at-home mum and spend my time caring for my family and our two dogs.  Our black lab Bobby is 7 and our golden retriever Honey is 23 months old. Both are family dogs and are freindly and tolerant of animals big or small.  Bobby is the adoptive father figure as you can see from the photo opposite and Honey is just a gentle giant, a complete softy. I have always been first port of call for dog sitting with friends and family so they are used to boarders :)  Both Honey and Bobby and fully vaccinated, including kennel cough and higher level protection against leptospirosis.They are treated with Advocate every 4 weeks and Droncit every 6 months to ensure all types of worms and fleas are covered.  My vaccination certificates are available to see on request.  Only fair I show you mine as I will ask for yours.  My pets are my world as they are to all of us.  When going on holiday, I always wanted my dogs to have the upmost care and attention.  Thats where my idea for Hotel K9 came from.  So whether you are off on holiday for two weeks or out shopping for the day, rest assured that we will do our best for your pets. I aim to make their holiday as enjoyable as yours.
