My name is Liz and I am a qualified counsellor, EMDR therapist & supervisor. I have worked within the NHS in GP’s surgeries for the past 8years as well as my own private practice.  I am also an affiliate for Moving Minds. and other Employment Assistance Providers (EAP).

I work within an integrative approach in counselling in which I draw on different theoretical approaches that best suits the individual.  For me, it is essential that you feel comfortable with me in order for you to gain the best outcome of your experience.

I am completely accepting, honest, empathic and impartial.  I shall neither judge you nor tell you what to do.

Personally, I feel very privileged to be invited into the world of each client and respect their individual needs.

Lastly, I adhere to the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy code of ethics, confidentiality and good practice.
