Our food is cooked to order using the best quality, seasonal ingredients in our popular open kitchen. We offer a range of traditional and contemporary dishes from across the Mediterranean, North Africa and the Middle East.

In addition to our a la carte menu we have a fixed price menu which changes monthly, and an ever-changing specials board featuring exciting dishes from around the Med!

Here at La Tavas we make our own breads, sauces, jams and chutneys and strive to create interesting and tasty vegan and vegetarian options on all of our menus.

We cater for all so come by for a meal with a loved one or a social event with friends and family.
