Reliance Demolition is a well established company since 1959 in this highly competitive industry, working primarily in London and the Home Counties. We pride ourselves on our team of highly motivated and skilled managers, supervisors and operatives, who have an in-depth knowledge of the industry and can provide our clients with a 'tailor made' personal and professional service.We recognise the importance of quality, safety and adequate training. Our personnel are fully trained to carry out their duties, operatives hold C.I.T.B. certification and all site foreman are trained 'first aiders'. We carry out regular training programmes for both new and existing personnel.In order to satisfy client requirements in this diverse industry, Reliance cover all aspects of demolition from industrial, commercial and residential developments to 'total demolition' and 'strip out works', plus bulk excavation works and concrete crushing. At Reliance we understand the importance of safety and welcomed the Construction and Management Design Regulations of 1994. We pride ourselves on our documentation i.e. health and safety plans, method statements, risk assessments etc., which are compiled by ourselves and our independent safety advisors and are tailored to the individual project whether working as principal contractor or as a sub contractor. Our safety advisors make regular site inspections to ensure safe working practices and regulations are adhered to.We fully support environmental issues especially the need to recycle and therefore wherever practical we salvage materials for reuse and dispose of the remainder at licenced landfill sites.
