Our family has been making fine sausages in Manchester since 1956. We are using only the finest ingredients and follow our traditional family recipes. We are a BRC accredited site and maintain a full HACCP system to ensure quality, food safety and legality. We have a dedicated team of 10 staff and supply butchers, bakers, caterers, sports clubs, pubs, restaurants, farmers markets, cafes, catering vans and shops. Our products can be packaged in trays or flow wrapped, then adding your branded name, ingredients and bar code directly to the packaging, so it is ready for you to sell. We also manufacture halal sausages and burgers made with approved halal meat and skins.
