Swift Credit Services is Wales' leading provider of judicial services and has an emphasis on delivering bespoke, innovative debt recovery solutions to its clientele. Swift joined Marston Holdings, the UK's largest judicial services group, in August 2013 and now has access to nationwide capabilities.With over 100 staff and enforcement agents, Swift recovers unpaid court fines on behalf of HMCTS across the length and breadth of Wales and has long-standing relationships with over half of the local authorities in the country. Together with a number of English local authorities, we have one of the largest commercial rent recovery operations in the UK. Since joining Marston Holdings, Swift is now responsible for the Group's commercial services offering, including commercial rent recovery, removal of travellers and peaceful forfeiture.
