I have worked as a childminder since 2007 with my husband Stuart joining the business in 2008. We have 3 children of our own, Jacob, 10, Lauren, 8 and Lexie, 3 years. We also have 2 assistants Stacey and Chloe. There are usually 3 of us working together at any one time.My background is in Paediatric Nursing and since having my own children I worked nights for several years to fit in with caring for my family, therefore I fully appreciate the challenges of juggling work and family life and how difficult it is to entrust the care of your children to someone else.

Our setting was graded outstanding at each of our Ofsted inspections since 2007, a grade which we constantly strive to keep.

I am a specialist Childminder on the TRIO Plymouth Quality Network and can accept the Nursery education Grant eligible for 3 & 4 year olds. Also Me2 funding for eligible 2 year olds.

We are members of the Home 2 Home group and meet for regular activities and events with other childminders and children, we also attend several playgroups and children's centres throughout a typical week providing a mix of social activities and messy play sessions, music and singing and physical play fun.
