TRUST A BUSINESS CODE OF CONDUCT

As a member of Trust A Business, we (the company) agree to the following (where applicable) :

  • Deal with all customers honestly, professionally and as efficiently as possible.
  • Treat customers belongings with care and respect.
  • Never insist payments are made by cash.
  • Keep the customer informed on anything that may effect them.
  • Always return phone calls/ reply to emails promptly.
  • Deal with complaints in a professional manner.
  • Never make a promise to a customer that you cannot stick to.
  • Inform the customer about any additional fees they may incur when using your service.
  • Never cancel appointments with less that 24 hours notice and stick to any time period given. Give plenty of notice if rescheduling.
  • Never physically or verbally abuse a customer and deal with them in a polite manner.
  • Be realistic on time schedules, give the customer an honest opinion on timing.
  • Never pressurize a customer in to a sale.

At Trust A Business all members will be extensively vetted before we allow them to take out an annual subscription.
