At BIM we pride ourselves in our integrated approach to exercise and excel in developing Pilates programmes for a wide range of clients. We work closely Pilates Foundation UK and a range of national and international training programmes to ensure our teachers are not only extremely well trained but also keep up to date in their practise. We also work alongside a range of allopathic professionals encouraging clients to develop a holistic approach to working with their bodies.  
The BIM Studio is based in Darley Abbey just five minutes North from the centre of Derby and has plenty of free parking close by, including two disabled parking bays within the courtyard. The Pilates Equipment Studio is on the first floor so is easy to access, however please contact us before your visit if you are a wheel chair user. BIM also work with a range of clients with special individual needs. Please contact us for further detail or to discuss your requirements.
