NATUROPATHYNaturopathy is a system of preventative and therapeutic medicine based on holistic principles. It comprises dietetics, hydrotherapy, soft tissue physical therapy, exercise counselling, relaxation and rest in order to promote and maintain the body's inherant healing mechanisms.DRY NEEDLINGDry needling or medical acupuncture is based on the modern understanding of anatomy, physiology and pathology. Cyril received his training under Dr. Anthony Campbell, Emeritus Consultant Physician from the Royal London Hospital who has published extensively in the field. This version of acupuncture is different from the traditional form that uses meridians (or chanels). Instead, acupuncture needles are inserted in tender points (trigger points) in the muscle and soft tissues from which pain may radiate to distant areas in the body. It may be used in conjunction with other osteopathic techniques to help reduce pain and improve tissue function.
